Edible Columbus publisher and editor in chief Tricia Wheeler is inviting everyone to share her passion for cooking through the Edible Cooking Series. Having attended the French Culinary Institute of New York, Tricia will be sharing the knowledge she acquired. She combines classic French techniques with the available seasonal ingredients, producing wonderful meals that you can easily make at home.

Classes are held from 6 to 7:30pm and we are now featuring a lunch class on the same date from noon to 1:30pm. Since the space is small, classes are limited to the first 18 reservations. Each class costs $35 per person (unless otherwise noted) and includes tasting and all recipes. Click here for class descriptions and dates/times.
